Buck Pierce, Metal Artist
A lifelong resident of Pagosa Springs, Buck Pierce spent his early years fishing and hunting in the woods he loves. Helping in the family’s logging business he gained a love and appreciation for the outdoors. Buck has been welding since he was 16 as part of a high school class under the instruction of Worthe Crouse. Crouse is Pierce’s beloved teacher of welding, auto mechanics and important lessons in life. In his welding class, Pierce began creating metal art and now has returned to creating art, mostly recycling metal for his creations.
