Shawna L. Olson is a Colorado native that has always enjoyed the beautiful forests of this state.

After becoming an empty nester she was inspired by the Lively family to make beautiful bowls out of the burl growths found on special trees.

Staying true to the process she was taught she does not use a lathe but starts with a chainsaw and works her way down through smaller tools. The end result is a bowl overflowing with character.
