 Amy Evans is a nationally recognized artist who works in oils, and whose paintings are in galleries and shows throughout the US. Evans studied art from an early age after her elementary teachers encouraged her. She has studied at the Denver Art Students League as well as with other top artists including Kevin MacPherson, Albert Handell, and Doug Dawson. Evans teaches art workshops nationwide and has also served as a juror for national art shows.

Evans is currently Co-President of Women Artists of the West (WAOW), a national juried organization. Her honors include a Master Signature Emeritus member of WAOW, a Signature Member of Plein Air Artists of Colorado, Assoc. member of National Oil and Acrylic Painting Society, and a Charter Founding member of the former Piedmont Outdoor Painting Society in North Carolina. Evans has served on the Breckenridge Public Art Commission.

Amy is a resident of Breckenridge, Colorado.
