Michele Turney lived in Prescott, AZ for 13 years and has been in Pagosa Springs, CO since 2016. While living in Arizona, the artist retired from a ‘normal’ job and began to dabble in watercolors and pastels, displaying her work at various exhibitions. 

Turney’s art has a mission; one that speaks quietly to the Soul. Turney’s art reminds viewers how life can be if one simply lets go of the rush and frees their Spirit. 

Turney’s grasp of beauty translates to the paper or canvas, and evolves over time. There is a journey with each stroke that strikes a chord of some distant memory hidden deep in the artist’s heart and mind.
